FIXABLE?
take it to a welder grind out the crack, fill in the grinded part, and retap to next size bigger, (probably a standard size) then drill out the mount (steel part) for the bolt to go threw

Bad advice.
I would try to grind down the area around where it is cracked so there is more room to weld. Then I would put a clamp on it to get it to pull back together. Then weld it and make sure you penetrate deep.

I would not recommend drilling the factory steel mount. I was in a scenario were I had to do that, I gave it to my machine shop guy and it turns out it's some kind of hardened steel and you need special bits, drill press and patience. He charged me $60.00 including the price of the bits. Not worth it IMO.

You will end up grinding down to almost nothing anyway. THe second you start an arc on the block casting whatever is left of the cracked off piece is going to disintegrate anyway. Crack it off and build it up with filler. I've done it before and it works better.
Before.
After and before drilling and tapping.
