OK heres a start.

Step 1: Dont do ANYTHING exploited racing did.

Step 1 is already starting a business better than yours.

2. Never, ever, ever, tell a customer they are unimportant because someone else is buying more then they are.
3. Never ever say they'll have to wait for their order because someone else is buing more.
4. Never **** of an entire forum...

I cannot believe we have to spell it out for you, over and over again. There's a saying that only one out of five businesses last more then a few years. The reason is not random chance, it's because only a few understand how to treat customers.

You need to remove the facade you put up, stand up, and say, "Hello, I'm a small business owner, and I've treated my customers like crap. I've lied to them and been a poor businessman." Until you can say that, you're just pretending.

Here's a question, say someone buys some product, you ship it to them and UPS loses it. What do you do? And I'm not going to give away the answer, I want to see what you say...

if he knows the answer to that questions, things would not be how they are right now.

Well what I would do is...

First, i would check the UPS tracking number personally to see where it is because if it was truely lost it would not show that it was delivered (obviously), after confirmining that is infact lost i would do 2 things..

1. Tell the customer to contact UPS asap and report the package lost.

2. Ship out replacement flanges the same or next day to cover those that are lost.

Then when i get the UPS paperwork i send it back and collect insurance a few later, and the customer already has the new replacement flanges.

Its already happened.

i just ordered 2 b series flanges, 2 t3 flanges and a tial wg flange, he dosent care about anyone any more or less, i got my flanges in 4 days after i ordered, sometimes hes just bussier than other times, alow a little while for them to arive, he makes good ****, all my flanges i have gotten before fit just fine and every time i get a order in there the same quality. its hard to run a busisness by yourself, try makeing hundreds of flanges each day by yourself, shiping them, meding to the machines ext..., if u didnt get your order he will take care of it, just ask him politly whats goin on and he will awser. brian i wouldnt order from anyone else, your **** is the best. and u actualy talk to your customers lol, not like some big business. thanks fo the flanges, ill need more soon

If you go back in his posts here, he said, without apology, that people who order only a few parts must wait for those who order a lot. What a bonehead thing to say, especially in the tone that it was, "Look, I have big orders here, I can't just drop what's making me lots of money and mess with your little ****." That's the message people got. Does that seem like a wise thing to say?

Ok... how many times can people repeat the same thing over and over and over?

What you just said has already been established, numerious times. And i did appologize for it, i was overwelmed with the amount of orders coming in at the time. I was 1 person operation, its not as easy as it looks.

Stop beating a dead horse.

I'm sorry man but this horse will be BEAT TO DEATH. I run a business that gets 99% of it's work through word of mouth alone. Reputation is all you have. Yours is ruined on this forum. I'm sure there are other places where this is not so. To ask people to forget what has happened is unrealistic. I would STOP trying to defend yourself and just go about running your business. the less you reply to this thread and the more you take the time to communicate with your customers the better off you will be.

Were not saying its easy to fulfill so manmy orders and do it all yourself.
But it is easy to know that if you cant fulfill the orders in a timely manner, dont take them.

Were not beating a dead horse. You havent learned yet so we are beating it into your ignorant skull.
