I have read some bad experiences with Exploited racing. Well, I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great experience with Brian(Exploited Racing). I like giving credit where credit is due, cause no one is perfect and Brian has made an honest effort on improving his image. Whoever had a bad experience with guy, I am quite sure he has taken care of it. I just hate hearing about businesses being bashed-that's all.

when making my order i expressed that time was an issue with getting it. Less than a week later it was at my door. Don't worry, you'll get your order.

 

Just shipped out some gaskets to have some flanges made, we'll see how it goes.

 

well i orded some flanges from him this week and they were shipped out yesterday and i should be recieving them today. i havnt had any problems with dealing with them. I actually didnt mind it. Easy communication and fast shipment. il post some pics of the flanges when i receive them today. thatll be anytime now ...

It has been almost three weeks ago when I made my order, this is my second order from him even though my first did not go smooth at all. Prior to the order, I clearly asked if if he had what I wanted in stock b/c I did not have time to wait ( I know it was stupid of me to buy from him in the first place) He then replied with a message indicating that he does have them in stock, I then proceeded with my order.
It has been almost three weeks then, and this is the last message I recieved from him:

ExploitedRacing (5:28 PM 2/16/2005): i rekon they went out, i had like 20 boxes go out today, ill get around to checkin later tonight


Does that sound like a legitimate business? It sounds like a kid who's trying to run his business in his mom's garage.

 

Hmmm i see a trend. I also have a order placed with him(my second) and have been waiting for 3 weeks also.

Exploited Racing from what I can tell is a one man business. He's somewhere in his early 20's and does have his own shop/garage. He does have other jobs which seem to be his priority. His customer service, judging from the feedback of people on here, seems to be mediocre at best. He pushes products that aren't even made yet and expects people to wait while he finishes them on his free time.

Can't say I've considered doing business with him when a local machine shop can easily make any flange at a similar cost (and at least if they don't get you a part you know you can get ahold of them).

no thats not my order. i live in surrey, bc, canada...check your email...

i have no problems with ppl who do stuff like this as a side job. my brother is doing the same thing. i just dont like it when stuff doesnt get shipped for over a month when they say its supposed to take a week or 2. if it was just a few experiences than thats alright but it seems alot of ppl are waiting....
