Default Custom ITB HELP

How do i install the sensor thats usually overtop of the stock throttle body?

The MAP sensor?
Most will switch to TPS-based load with ITB's however if you want to run speed-density, you'll have to tie all four runners into a common vacuum block, then vac. block to MAP.

The common vacuum block is the common way to do it, like he had told you. I like that way better myself too.
