Default C02 tank

I'm planning on purchasing a c02 tank and I dont know too much about the tanks but can some tell what they mean about this statement :

''Co2 15 lb.
15 lb. Brushed Aluminum Gas Cylinder - Lasts approximately 18 full kegs''

Whats that mean?

To temporarily cool the fuel, at the begining of the fuel rail. (The intake charge also)

It means that if you were using the c02 to pressurize kegs (of beer), it would last for approxamatley 18 kegs before it needs a refill

C02 is good for getting objects/liquid cold really fast.

A "full size" half keg is 15.5 gallons.

kinda it holds 15 lbs of co2 if you weigh the bottle before and after you'll notice a 15 lb change.

make sure it can't leak into the intake!

please note. merly a 15lb bottle wont last exteremly long.
to get that "cold" effect you need direct liquid Co2. this is done by getting your co2 filled, then when spraying, turning the bottle upside down. this causes the freezing effect. also, you run out quick.

i know because i made co2 intercooler sprayer kits. a right side up co2 tank just blows mostly cool air, but upside down it delievers liquid co2 which is what we use on our intercooled setup cars.

here is a pic of what we use:

most paintball stores can install a syphen in the tank to draw liquid co2 without having to turn the bottle upside down, I had one installed in my tank but had it directed toward the top of the tank so when you are playing the liquid would not be drawn just the compresed gas.

EDIT: also did you try setting up a reglator. that would alow you more time. that pic has just a valve when that is opend up it will empty your tank real quik, try installing a reg to limit the amout of co2 coming out of the tank

how much does a nitrous bottle cost to fill? right now im getting Co2 filled for 2.00 a pop, and every 10 i get filled, i get 2 free (thats a whole 4.00 savings!)
i only use it on track days when sitting in line, then going down the track. wait i wont lie, i use it all the time
