FS: 96 Del Sol SiR Transtop Turbo showcar
1996 Del Sol SiR Transtop
VIN: EG2-1200137
Title: Clear Blue Texas Issue in hand in my name ready to sign (paperwork already done, you figure it out for what your state wants)
Price: $9,000 FIRM, No trades.
Mods:
Air>Water intercooler turbo setup (Fabricated by me) @ 7psi
Partial wire tuck (some hoses were not tucked)
Tons of new name brand parts:
Hasport mounts
Skunk2 camber kit,intake mani, sparkplug cover
Custom powdercoated engine bay parts
Mishimoto Radiator, hoses, rad cap
battery relocated to trunk
Steering rack boots were replaced
New Axles
Type R LSD
Custom geard B16 tranny (LS 5th gear)
Hood damper kit installed
Custom made Icebox
Custom modified front mount heat exchanger
Tons more, just come check it out!
Time to let her go, taking a huge loss on the car but Im ready to move on. Car is currently running a basemap for straight E85 and runs great. AC Works great.
Issues:
The new clutch randomly grabs kinda low. I replaced master & slave and it still seems to do it. Its still perfectly drivable, just gets annoying.
Also the ABS light is on, its been on ever since I put it all back together, I'm betting its because I don't know how to bleed it right. Never read the code either. Brakes work fine so I just didn't care for ABS. And a deer ran into the side of the car for some reason.

One question how you get car checked for codes since obd2? Does it have plugin underdash?

bump for viewing. oddly enough this car has the 1993 dash and glovebox as well as being obd1. and its been repainted judging by the gleaming engine bay. you sure its a 96?
