Default Transmission Overhaul

Current: 4.4 FD, Non-LSD hydro S4C with mad grinds.
Goal is: 4.4 FD, Wavetrac LSD, Replace all synchros and seals, install USDM GSR 4th and 5th gear.
I need a parts list to get this accomplished.
I've picked out the LSD already.
Synchrotech's carbon master synchro kit.
Will I need 4th and 5th gear for both the countershaft and mainshaft?
Will I still need a crown wheel? If so, can you list a part number?
Does my master kit include a differential bearing? If not, could I please get a part # (oem).

Thank you,
As you can tell by my questions Im a transmission noob. But i've spent the past 6-7 hours researching and I can't get a simple answer. And time is precious to me as I am constantly busy.

The master kit does not include the diff bearings. Those you can get from synchrotech as well. Yes, you do need to use the gsr 4th and 5th main and countershaft gears for the swap. Not sure what a crown wheel is, never heard of that. The best thing for you to do if you plan on purchasing the parts is to call synchrotech and talk to David. He will definitely get you up to speed without any BS.

Great! Thanks, I am not used to companies being so informative.
The crown wheel thing is from : http://nzhondas.com/tech-help/127584...c-gearbox.html
It's a new zealand group so maybe they call it something different.

yes, you need both 4th and 5th gears for each shaft.

Here are the OEM part numbers

4th counter- 23481-P80-V00
4th main- 23451-P80-V00

5th counter- 23461-P80-V00
5th main- 23581-P80-V00

Ah ok, yes they call it a crown wheel where as we usually call it the ring gear or final drive gear. That can be transferred over to the wave trac, you should however gets new mounting bolts for that. And yes, synchrotech has outstanding customer support, 5-10 minutes with them will answer any remaining questions you need cleared up. I am always working on a tranny and get all my rebuild parts from them. Highly recommended.
