Default Problem with lower control arm bolt

I have a 99 accord manual tranny. I ran into a problem, the through bolt the connects the strut fork to the lower control arm will not come out. the passenger side came out but not the driver side. The nut came off on the driver side but i tried hammering, and torqueing the through bolt off and no luck. any stories wit experience on this?

No need to remove the bolt if you're just dropping the trans. Let the axle hang.
