Default Manual 5 speed tx weird issue

hello everyone,

i am having a weird behavior from my tx and I winder what could be causing it:
when I am at a full stop, mu manual tx shifts normally.
when I am driving, sometimes, it locks and I won’t be able to select any gear.
So far, it can be either the hydraulic system : air bubble in cmc or slave cylinder ( i bled with the pedal and using a vacuum pump with no success)
it can also be bad synchros

the weird issue is the following. Let’s say i am
on my driveway which is sloped and I am in neutral, when I release the brakes the car moves down slope: normal and expected. However, if I shift to first, and fully push on the clutch pedal, the car won’t move. As if the gears are holding it. Now if I accelerate slightly and release the clutch, it will bump twice then start
move forward. Once it start to move, I press on the clutch and It will keep moving.

I can’t figure out what can be causing this. (I replaced the motor mounts already)

any kind of help is greatly appreciated

do you have clutch freeplay ? should be atleast a quarter inch, half inch is optimal

if your freeplay is good it's probably just the clutch

This is a brand new oem clutch, flywheel and throwout bearinf. When I drive the car the clutch is operating properly.
I do feel a clutch freeplay.

the issue seems to be coming from the tranny.
