Interchangable transmission parts?

Just wondering if any parts inside a b series and h series transmissions are interchangable at all. Like sliders (synchro sleeves) and stuff like that.

The H22 and B18c transmissions use the same 3/4 sleeve and synchros. 1/2 synchros are also the same (except Euro R T2W4 & U2Q7) but the sleeve is different.

Ok cool. I found a far Trans I want but it has a 1-2 grind so I was thinking maybe I could use the stuff from the h22. Maybe it just the synchro and not the sleeve. I just have to pull it apart and see I reckon.
