Default Clutch/Shifting issues HELP please

I have a 90 DA however this problem is on my DD which is my 2004 nissan sentra spec V
I know I should have stuck with honda :p

I have had zero problems shifting and clutch has only 15k miles on it
My clutch has squeeked for 4 weeks now
Today I put my clutch in and BAM loudddd Thunk/thud noise and a click feeling in my pedal then the squeek was gone, BUT now its HARDDDD to shift sometimes, sometimes normal however sometimes have to almost put FORCE into shifting
Clutch pedal feels kind of normal, still reallly stiff and grabs if i slam on the gas so no slipping issues, just hard to shift
I would of thought syncros or bushings however the clutch making that noise makes this whole thing a mystery to me
It happend after sitting at work for 8hrs, drove it home 15miles with struggle

Any suggestions or advice welcome,
please help need fixed or know the problem ASAP

Default Re: Clutch/Shifting issues HELP please

I also noticed it gets easier to shift as I drive more/ car warms up, my mechanic friend said it was the pressure plate, before I tear it all apart anyone have a better guess or a diff opinion,
all comments welcome
