Default casing damage

Long story short, magnetic tip off of the transmission drain plug came off and ****ed up my diff.. Breaking a few teeth off of the counter shaft and ring gear, causing the diff to move around in the casing.. just wanted to know,if this case is still usable...

As long as the diff bearings still fit, the scratches/gouges on the inside shouldn't affect operation. I've seen people re-use bellhousings that had clutches & flywheels explode in them (looking much worse than yours) and still be OK. Obviously, I'd clean it thouroughly so no debris could potentially come loose in the future.
