Default Cable Diff in a Hydraulic Trans.

I have an EK that I dropped the engine and transmission from my CRX into. I am sick of the feeling of the HASport clutch conversion kit. I have an OBX LSD in my cable trans and was hoping to transfer it over to a newer GSR trans. Has anyone done this? I would just assume I need to change the ring gear and run my Cable Trans Axels. let me know. Thanks guys!

i put a hyjro OBX diff in my cable Ys1 an used Cable axles "there all the same".. Everything went great.. Just one thing you need to look for, Is the lash on the Diff. The cable trans dont have shim's but the Hyjro does. I didnt use anything for the Hyjro in mine but for the Cable diff in the Hyjro. i think you should use the shims for that tran's.

If everything looks good put it together.. The worst can happen is just a little wineing noise like a straight cut gear race tranmission.. \

It worked for me everything was fine
