breaking in new sync's
I would take it easy for the first 500 miles. That is a normal break in interval. It is not 100% necessary on a geardriven/helical LSD. However, a clutch type LSD will require its own break in procedure. In either case i would advise 500 miles to be on the safe side!
Good luck!

I would allow 500 miles to allow everything to seat. That will keep any glazing that may occur. It is highly doubtful but, always best to stay on the safe side.
