Default Binding gears?

Stock ls tran, did a first gear pull, and then it grinded going into second. Right after that when I put the transmission in and out of first, it has a really sticky feeling, hard in hard out. After I let it sit and drive it it goes back to normal.

Any idea what the problem is, oh yeah really bad grind to third, every single time... over 2.5k and whenever i downshift.

just because the clutch "has life left" doesn't mean the problematic springs haven't come loose.

Tranny was leaking oil, I guess you can figure out the rest... Bad seal where the axle goes in.
