just had trans rebuilt drove the car for about a week then it started getting hard yo put into gear around the same time the trans started making a whineing noise if i pump the clutch it goes in and on hills with it in gear and foot on the clutch car rolls back a little the it feels like the brake was applied

 

Check the master and slave cylinders.

 

master and slave r new and they have been bled two times

 

What condition was the clutch in at the time of the rebuild?
