Default Clutch & Trans problem

I have a 97LS with 98000 miles in good condition, but continue to have clutch engagement problems. I have bled the system replaced both the Master & Slave cylinders, but nothing seems to stop the slight grinding & difficulty in shifting. I have also adjusted the rod at the pedal, but that too is not working. Its as if I am not pushing the clutch in all the way. The clutch is not slipping & it engages fine once I get it in gear, but getting it in gear is a tad rough. ANY one have ANY ideas ?

Perhaps, but the car is well taken care of & I dont drive the heck of it so it just seems improbable to have toasted syncros. I have replaced the trans fluid as well hoping that would help but to no avail.
