Default B16 clutch master or slave

well i just did a engine swap from d15 to b16 into my friends hatch. well my question is, when it was with the d15 motor its hard to put it into gear. i've to pump twice to put it into gear. and when i did a b16 swap three days ago its the same thing! is it the clutch master or the slave is messed up?? well im thinking its the clutch master since the b16 has a good working clutch slave on it so it might be the clutch master? and this happens when the car is on. what yall think would be the problem? and yes i did bleed it!

Edit: when the car is turned off, it goes into gear smooth! and when the car is turned on, its hard to get into gears. i have to jam it in to get into gear!
