2001-2005 civic clutch in 2000 Civic
I've searched numerous times and posted in the 92-00 civic section with limited results. I was just wondering if there are anymore people who have tried this? Reason being is that I bought a clutch from e-bay, I checked the part numbers numerous times, only to find that the clutch and pressure plate was made for a 2001-2005 Civic, as opposed to mine a 2000 CX. My car currently has the stock D16 and the clutch I recieved is for the D17. Can any1 shine some more light?

Actually, it is the same clutch.
08-801A Exedy Organic clutch is used from 92-05 for the D16, D15, D17, etc
You have the right clutch

Awesome! I heard it wont work the other way around tho. Meaning if a clutch were specifically made for a92-00 civic, it wont fit on the 01-05 civics.
