zex cams

For the SOHC cam this is supposed to be the cam to choose... but i want to boost my SOHC. Does anyone know if this cam will be able to endure the boost, without breaking... and will it still be able to perform in a boosted setup?

I have been running the 59300 cam in my race engine (23 PSI of boost) for three years with no problems. The cam has worked very well for me.
