Default Z10 Catch Can Overflow Problems.

Well i know this has come up a few times before. I run a z10 catch can setup on my b20 motor. The thing over flows all the time spitting oil every where. This also after making a custum return similar to the endyn one. We are running the passenger side line into the top port of the canister and then t-ing the return into that same line. the top port is hooked up to the valve cover. Anyone ever have issues with there Endyn ones, most of the ones i have seen dont. Are they baffled inside or ar the fittings different. Any help appreciated.

I bought a Z10 one and it sucks it wasn't baffled, which it should be to catch the oil and let the air blow out the filter, the Z10 one has no baffle and everything just blows out the filter.
Also don't understand how you have your hoses ran.

Instead of using both ports on the block. We only use the passenger side one. Since it has been said the the driver side one will push oil. Then we run the return line back into the passenger side line with a tee. The top port on the catch can is ran to the valve cover breather.

So if you have your drain T'ed into the same line feeding your catchcan that is going to just blow, blow by up you drain line which you don't want unless your drain line has a one way check valve in it.

After a bunch of highway pulls itll push oil. The compression is good actually went up after the motor got more miles on it. its a fresh motor new sleeves pistons rods etc. Has 230 across the board.
