Default Yet another OBD2 to OBD1 question

I'm wanting to put a 96' spec itr motor in my 01' ls integra. If you have the original ecu and harness with the motor, what would be the dilemma? Is there even one? If I'm not mistaken, the 96 itr is OBD1 and mine is definitely OBD2. So if you have any knowledge of this please in-lighten me. THANKS
