Default Transmission Problem

I have a Type R trans that is giving me some issues. Its is very notchy when going into gear and will not go in gear at high rpms. Also, the notchy-ness gets worse as it heats up. I'm thinking the cause is my sycros but I'd like some feedback to be sure. Anyone have any ideas?

when does it occur? In the morning? Or after you have driven for a while?

notchy in the morning, and progresively gets more notchy as it heats up. Will not go into gear at high rpm regardless of temperature.

I changed the oil recently to see if that would help, however the problem persists. I also bled the system and that didn't help.

I'm running stock honda manual transmission fluid.
