Default Y7 to Y8 MiniMe swap problems

I just did this swap for a customer, i used the Y8 head, Z6 Intake, all the Y7 sensors, P2P vtec ecu. well it runs great but "bogs" from idle to about 3k rpms, i have adjusted the cam timing one tooth advanced and one tooth retarded and it seems to run better 1 tooth advanced but the ignition timing is a little off but it is not pinging or anything, still bogs slightly until it hits 3k, once there it pulls very hard and vtec hits at about 42-44k. it has no idle problems but the bog is a pain and the customer is complaining about the driveability in stop and go traffic. if anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. oh and i'm getting an O2 sensor code, could this be throwing the ecu into "limp" mode and thereby not letting the engine perform right??

The O2 sensor, on OBD2, has a +/- 20% pull range - so if you have an O2 code, the ECU probably isn't going into closed loop operation.

This code needs to be fixed before expecting things to run 'right'.
