Icon2 Wiring Dual Bosch

i want to put dual bosch and i will like advice in how to wire them up. I have a microtech lt10c and I can wire one pump to start with the ecu and another to start at a set rpm by the ecu, or I should connect them to be always on ?

Anyone can tell me if its better to have both pumps running all the time or if it will be better to start the second at high RPM when i need more fuel?
