Default Wiring Aftermarket Coil

How do I hook up an aftermarket coil on my 89 LXi? There are two plugs in the stock coil, one with a black w/ yellow stripe and blue wires to it and the other with two blue wires going to it. How do I use these (cut, splice) to make it work?

You need to drill a hole in the dist cap where you can extend those wires and run them out to connect to the new coil.

The OEM coil is separate from the distributor cap and is mounted on the passenger side fenderwell under the hood.
