First you cut the wire look open exposing the wires.
Then you use your scalpal to remove the excess wires you don't want, then reshape said area if desired with small silicone implants.
Suture and gauze and change every two hours until the bleed stops, thereafter every eight hours. You'll need two days recovery time and some advil.
