Default Wire tucking question

When you are doing a wire tuck, what kind of wire are you guys using? Are you getting color coded wiring or just using any wire color of the correct gauge? If using coded wiring, where are you getting it from? Thanks in advance

Contact Joel@ speed-theory, located in Hilburn NY. He will be able to set u up with the " Proper" supplies to do it your self or he will make a harness for u to suit your needs. Although his harnesses are more purpose built rather than for looks, he is the man to talk to for wiring>>>>>

Somebody just asked this question. It really is best to try and search before you post. At this stage in the game it's all been done and asked.

Yea, I asked in that thread when I found it....... shortly after making this thread. I never seen any definitive answer as to whats best to use. I could just go out and buy 50 feet of common black wire but really wanted to know if anyone had a source for OEM style wiring.

Trust me, I try to search, I'm not a noob to interweb forums. I hate to clutter up boards with the same stuff thats been asked millions of time.

I would just match the gauge of the wire.

Are you wanting new wires or are used/spare wiring ok?

personally on the headlight harnesses and such, i just go to the junkyard and snip as much of the same wiring as i can. that way its the same color.
