Default Will I pass Emmissions?

I got my letter yesterday to go thru emissions in order to renew my registration. Now I have a 1999 Honda Civic SI, mods are as follows:

-I/H/E (Megan 4-1 JDM 2.5'')
-OmniPower Test Pipe (JDM).
-OBD1 Conv chipped P28 by Phearable.net.
-Crower 401's / Stock Bottom End.

I was gonna just plug my OEM ecu back in but I remember that I removed my 2nd O2 Sensor for my Omni test pipe.

Do you think I will pass w/ my setup as is now or will I be forced to go completely back to OBD2b?

TIA

This is just a guess, but, I'm thinking that with a test pipe in your exhaust system it's not going to pass. And I'm sure the chipped OBDI ecu is way less restrictive than the OBDII was.

Definitley, theres no way to pay with my current mild setup? I know if heard of people and their flukes of going with like no 02's test pipe and hondata and PASSING!

Thing is I dont have my cat anymore, and Ill needto find an obd2 cat that has an 02 bung, and Ill have to rewire my 02 again.

Also will I be able to use the primary 02 from a 93 civic (4wire) for my secondary,or are they different?

hook up the secondary 02, wrap it in tin foil. secure it to the bottom of the clear. kept me code free for 100 miles, as far as the lack of a cat, find someone who likes green if you know what i mean

Your not going to pass without the secondari O2 sensor and the test pipe.

Get a stock ECU, stock cat, and hook up the second O2 sensor and you should pass.
