Wierd TPS ??

Wierd TPS ??
I am trying to adjust my tps but cant seem to hit the 4.5 at WOT
I am only able to hit about 3.5 max. Throttle closed I am reading .46 volts so that is good. I am wondering if this is ok or am I loosing power wothout hitting the target 4.5 volts wide open. Could I possibly have a bad tps?

I wouldnt worry about it too much as long as you dont notice any "dead" spots between idle and WOT.. take into consideration that residual heat from the motor and intake will also increase resistance throwing the tps values off...
