Default Why does my car keep turning off by itself

The idle on it can be normal but then it starts jumping between 500rpm and 1000 RPM. All of the sudden some times at red lights it dies. What can I do to fix this?

Is it possibly my spark plugs or coilpack?

Or maybe injectors?

plugs and wires wouldnt cause it to stall like that. I hardly doubt its the injectors.

Does the car start right back up? Dont throw parts at it, you wont learn a damn thing by doing that.
