why does it feel like i'm driving on a square tire
When accelerating there is a lot of vibration in the steering wheel. It pulls to the Right almost at a second hand tick and feels like I'm driving on a square tire. Help me please
I don't want to pay someone else to do the work.

Does the "tick" speed up as you speed up? Have you checked the tire for damage? Make sure you've checked the WHOLE tire, 360 degrees, because I swear the bad part is always the part that happens to be sitting on the ground.
could be a bad axle too. often times you'll only feel a shot axle when it's under some form of load. severely lowered cars frequently smoke axles.
Description of the issue points towards a bubble/bulge on one of your tires. Could be hard to spot unless on a lift or jacked up off the ground.
could be all what others said, but if there is no vibration at deceleration it could be bent axle shaft. Start from basics (wheel balancing, checking suspention/steering joints, aligment) cause the basics are always useful and then examine the bent axle possibility.
