Default White Smoke coming out of the Tailpipe

<FONT COLOR="royalblue">The car shoots out white smoke , when in idle and we u release the gas pedal. When the car is in motion and the ur giving throttle, the white smokes does not come out. Only when Release the pedal or at idle. any ideas? Could the head gasket be blown?</FONT>

whit smoke is burning oil, check the oil level it may be to high, if not it can be numerous things

I don't believe it would be the head gasket but you probably are burning oil somewhere.

is it really white? cause sometimes black smoke can look white. Is it excessive white smoke? If it is your probably burning oil somewhere. Do a leak down or compression test.

just thought i say something white smoke coming from the tail pipe is not oil burning it is coolant. oil that is burning is blue smoke
