where is this leak coming from? picture inside
thats not going to help much.
i would suggest following the trail. that seems to work most of the time. To get really technical you place die in the oil and hope to see where it is leaking from.
Better yet steam clean the engine at the local self car wash and again hope to see the leak!

Have you dropped your oil pan or changed the gasket recently? If so, that side of the gasket has metal washers that can stay stuck to the block. Then, when you go to put a new gasket on, it keeps that spot from sealing and will leak. If not, then rear main seal would also be my guess. It's also possible that the leak is originating somewhere higher up on the block or head and just collecting at the lowest point. Check the headgasket sealing area on that side of the block, and also make sure your VTEC solenoid(if you have one) isn't leaking. Check all the obvious things like the oil filter and oil pressure sensor as well. As stated above, if you can't find it with a flashlight, you might want to look into some oil dye.

thanks for the suggestions, ill take a deeper look this weekend.
Oil pan has not been replaced, around teh gasket area is a bit oil though, but it doesnt drip along the pan itself..
i recently change my oil, this is why i noticed it, and the oil was indeed yellow ish, so it might be the new oil or tranny fluid.
do you guys think that because thta bar that is holding the tranny case is oil, it is probably the pan?
i really hope it is something as simple as a oil filter, but i doubt since i tighten it really good by hand.

If you just changed the oil you might want to rule out the simplest cause and make sure that drop isn't oil from the old filter when you removed it. Unless you wipe the surrounding area down fairly well after a filter change, it will end up right there as well.

this is funny, ive been checking after everytime i drive my car and there is less and less oil. it might well just be from the oil filter which i hope it is.......

You guys have it backwards. If it was the input shaft seal it would be extremely filthy because it would catch all the clutch dust on the way out. And the easier way to check that is to check the oil on the dipstick. If its leaking from the input seal his oil level wont change but it will if its coming from the rear main. Take off that lower bracket and the flywheel cover in the picture and look up backside of the flywheel where it bolts to the crank with a flashlight if you can see the oil there its a rear main.
