Looking to buy local or online.... Stranded Hookup Wire 18 and 22AWG, 100 foot spools, multiple colors.

I checked locally, Frys, and RS, selection poor. I live in the SF Bay area. There is an eBay seller, but his rep is bad. Some places online charge 15. per spoll. Hope to find it under 10.
