Default When taking off hondata, does ECU need to be modified to wrk correctly again?

I have a OBD1 P28 ECU w/ and OBD2-1 conversion harness on my car. I removed the hondata 2b, simply by unplugging the little clip, do I need to do anything else for the ECU to work correctly. I only ask because I can read the CEL codes now and I figured this might be why?

Remove the jumper at J1 and the ECU will run the stock program.

Jumper at J1? IS that a pin out or is that inside the ECU itself? I took off the wire and connector that ran inside the ECU, but my car is running shitty and the ECU wont let me pull the codes, so I think something is wrong with it.

J1 is inside the ECU. Do you have Adobe Acrobat ? If so, download the Hondata installation manual from the Hondata website and you will be able to see exactly what to do in order to return the ECU to stock.

check out http://www.hondata.com they have some diagrams/pics...also remember that the ecu I had in the car is OBDI, not OBDII, so you will need to do keep the harness in as well.

you might want to get in touch w/ steve sakai, he can put it back to stock for ya for like 50 bucks er so.
