Default what's the basic way to modify my LS integra to a LS/Vtec?

i was curious if you could tell me how to change my ls the ls/vtec i know i need a vtec head but what else to make it reliable different rody pistons ect... and what quarter miles times do you think i might run. thanks

re seat the dowle pins and bore them. oil line to the head. the head needs to have the vtec oil hole welded or fitted shut and thats about it.
