yes, ls vtec, requres a lot of research and a nice chunk of change to make it reliable. Has lots of low end torque and good top end thanks to the cross breeding of b series engines.
ls vtec is the sloped headed pink eyed choice of many tuners.

FRANKENSTEIN arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ls/vtec def. not impossible go to a reputable shop and have them run the oil line or go on inlinefour.com and get the ls/vtec kit im not sure if you can use a gsr head or not, everyone i know with ls/vtec has a b16 headhttp://inlinefour.com/lsvtecharkit.html

thanks guys im really looking foward to get this car done by the summer... i have no hurry as longest it gets done.
when i though about putting this old gsr head on my ls block i though it was just going to be. just putting the head on , putting the ecu running the harness , putting the head on time and that s it, i guess i was wrong
