raise the compression ratio and add some individual throttle bodies
light flywheel and a higher Final Drive for your transmission

Milking power from an NA motor is a pretty set procedure. If it were me, my priorities would be as follows:
1. V-tec conversion
2. Intake
3. Header
4. Exhaust
5. Clutch/flywheel
6. Cams
7. Intake manifold/throttle body
8. Headwork (port work/valve job/milling)
9. Accessory underdrive pullies as a last resort
That's about all you can do as far as power goes. Add some higher flowing injectors and you'd be set.
