Ill start off by Stating im not one of those who "Know what they're talking about". It would make sense to me to measure the opening in the intake manifold and finding the diameter of that first. ex. if the input opening is 70mm on the manifold, Id aim for a 70mm throttle body. not sure if this will help but seems a smaller TB would restrict flow and an oversized one would be overkill due to the fact the manifold would only allow the amount it can hold as it is. Don't know if this will help you decide but i hope so.

oh.. btw, another option would be to go oversized anyway and have the inlet on the manifold milled and tapered to match that of the oversized TB. would allow smoother flow if you went oversized but still not sure how much more would be accomplished Volume wise.

Doesn't Skunk2 make a TB?

Also, it seems that you are avoiding forced induction at all costs. Why is that? You've spent so much money for almost zero gains. Geez, just get a turbo already.

i know... it looks like turbo is the only way to go, cause all i've accomplished with my current setup is 150whp and 125 torque
