what vtec x-over with this setup
ls block, pr3 0r p30 pistons, b16 head, skunk2 stage 2 cams, skunk valve retainers, springs, ect, skunk 2 or type r manifold, 64mm throttle body.
i was thinking a good vtec would be around 5700-6000, any other opinions

you're asking an IMPOSSIBLE question to answer. dyno the car and see where the power lies...then make adjustments from there.
each engine is different, and a custom ecu programmed by someone will not be perfect or even close to perfect in some cases...which is why dynoing a car is so important.

i know its not an easy question to answer, i just figure someone on this board has a similar setup, and could give me a good ballpark answer. really all i want to know is when the skunk 2 stage 2 cams will start making power in vtec. i know 5000 is too low, 7000 is too high, im just looking for a good range to pick. i have never driven on these cams, but im sure someone else here has, thats why im asking.
Dyno it. You've spent the money for the cams, they will have to be dyno'ed or your wasting your time and money. If youre looking for an initial setting to run it at till you dyno it, I'd try around 6k I think, I can't really remember. It may even be less than that the more I think of it. Do you have a VAFC? If so, start playing with it, see what works for you.
