Default what to use to block the pcv on the block?

I got a b18a. Sleeving it. Noticed that there is a hole on the back of the block that is about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. I think its the PCV thingy. However I have a B18B (The 96+) head that uses the PCV on the VALVE cover instead.

What can I use to block this hole shut?

Why not use both?

Use both.

Positive crank case preasure is bad.

What does this oil accumulator thing look like ? And how much does it cost?

My B18A is missing it.

You would want to use both to ensure minimal crankcase pressure. I would suggest using both, buying a breather kit (ENDYN or IB), or piecing together your own breather kit.

Stock (The breather chamber is the box part of assembly #2)

Aftermarket kit (ex. ENDYN) I'm not sure what the IB kit looks like but contact them for info.

But........If you opt to plug that hole though you can easily find a block-off plug or "freeze plug" that will fit the hole diameter. The plug is a bit larger in diameter. Coat the plug edges in Hondabond and drive the pluf into the breather hole.
