Exhaust before turbo

Exhaust before turbo
I'm going to be saving for a turbo over the next 7 months and will run a 2.5" exhaust with it. Unfortunately, I'm going to need an exhaust before I get my turbo. Would it be okay to buy the SP now and run it for a few months? I can't imagine it would hurt anything but just want to make sure.

but if i were you i would wait until i went turbo and get a thermal 3 inch 
just wait.
thats what im doing. and it kills my car.
my STOCK exhaust with a b16.

Funny you guys should mention that because I was just looking at the Thermal Page. Do they make a Thermal for Del Sol? I didn't see one but I was told they do.
