Hey guys, im trying to figgure out the best spring rates to run on my daily driven/weekend raced 98 coupe. I am going with ground control coilovers and want a decent ride (no bouncing, not super stiff) but also want rear springs stiff enough to get a decent holeshot (400ish whp). The tech guy at ground control recommended 340f 400r, what do yall think?
