What are some things that would make an engine run rich?
Just like the topic says.
What would make a stock engine run very rich on a stock ECU?
Engine D16Z, ECU P28.
Please list them all.

Bad ECT sensor - ECU thinks the engine is cold.
Blown FPR, fuel is sucked thru the FPR's vacuum hose.
Bad FPR, fuel pressure too high, far enough off that the ECU can't correct.
Bad O2 sensor.

IAT
Dirty air filter
Stuck/plugged/dirty injector
purge line stuck open
vacuum leak
Wrong thermostat
weak spark/ignition
Not going into closed loop (ECT)
Map sensor
There's a few more, but got a customer.
