Default what should i use/ get?

I have a 94 civic lx, i am going to be changing the rear rotor and pads, i have a helms on the way. I will need to purchase tools for this job, a site that i saw said that i need an impact screwdriver to remove the rotor, can you guys recommend one. Also what other tools should i pick up for that worse case scenario.

i am 19 so i dont have many tools, i am trying to start a collection now

Don't worry about torquing the lug nuts to spec. I think the actaul spec is like 100 foot lbs or some crap... justtighten it with a lug wrench an you'll be fine. i didn't even torque the axle nuts. Just tightened em to hell.
