I say get Bilstein HD or Koni Yellows. Either one will provide great ride quality on those springs. No bouncy-bouncy crap with those shocks.

Bilsteins are firm, but I would not say really stiff. Koni Yellows are adjustable for rebound stiffness and height. Front can lower 25mm and rear can raise or lower 15mm. I use Koni Yellows with Integra model Pro-Kit and they work great. My rates are higher than the H&R Sports for a Civic, so you should be happy with the way the shocks feel with those springs.
