Default What Next - cannot fix code 14, 20 & 41

So far,

Removed idle valve. Clean, checked and replaced with new gasket
Replaced TPS and adjusted to 0.5v closed and reads 4.65 open
Checked and replaced some dodgy wiring on the TPS plug.
Sprayed brake cleaner to check for any vacum leaks around the intake and manifold.
Checked water levels

It originally wouldn't idle. I now does but I think the idle screw is almost fully open and its idling at 500-600. Doesnt seem right to me. It also misfires if you hold the rev's at 2000-3000 RPM but will rev quite freely.

I'm now suspecting the O2 sensor / wiring. Anyone know the voltage to it and how to possibly test a O2 sensor?

Any other possible problems that could cause this? The misfire seems a but odd some i'm thinking it could be something else causing these errors.

the 02 sensor does recieve voltage. It creates it. It is supposed to switch from roughly 300mv to 800 mv.
