I got this in a trany that needed a bit of TLC, but have never seen this LSD, I was wondering if anyone knows what brand it is.

 

what transmission did it come off of? cable, Hydro? b16? GSR?

 

its from a Hydro B16 tranny. And if it helps, the trany had to be shaved down, where the diff sits, cuz the small baffles arownd the diff, get in the way.

 

bump, also the bolts that hold the final dirve onto the diff, are 10mm size nut with regular thread, instead of the reverse thread as the oem style.

4.266 FD

the ring gear has 64 teeth right? 4.266FD

66teeth= 4.4FD

 

no, oem is reverse thread.

 

the final dirve has the same ammount of teeth as the oem final drive 64 theeth, if I counted right.

 

Got the same LSD, dude don't torque those damn things by Helms spec you'll snap the bolts. heres mine

so then regular MTF should be fine for it.
