What gear use to do a pull on the dyno???

What gear use to do a pull on the dyno???

JW because I've heard people doing pulls in both 3rd and 4th gears. It probably depends on which tranny so how about which gears on a gsr, or b16 tranny??

For just about every Honda, 3rd gear is ideal.
